Booking requests

• Sending the booking form is a request, not a confirmed appointment. Your booking is confirmed when Kay agrees a time with you directly.
• Quotes are given after we know your vehicle and the work needed. We will not carry out additional work without your agreement.
• If you need to cancel or move a booking, please let us know as early as you can by phone or WhatsApp.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in these terms affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including your right to have services carried out with reasonable care and skill.
